The goal
Agentcis sells CRM software to education agencies. We needed a steady flow of qualified demo leads from agencies in India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Australia, on a budget of AUD 1,000 a month.
What we did
- Fixed tracking first. We set up the Meta pixel and conversion events so the ad algorithm could see which clicks turned into real leads.
- Built lookalike audiences from existing customers and leads, instead of relying only on interest targeting.
- Tested constantly. We A/B tested creatives, copy and audiences, and moved budget to whatever brought leads in cheapest.
- Split the budget 70/30 between lead campaigns and engagement campaigns, so we kept warming up new audiences while still collecting leads.
- Nurtured every lead. New leads entered a 14-step email sequence in Brevo, with WhatsApp follow-ups, so sales got people who already knew the product.
- Made the creatives in-house with Canva, Figma and CapCut, which let us test new ads every week.
Results
1,000+qualified leads across four countries
<$1.50cost per result, down from over $2
14emails in the nurture sequence
What I'd do differently
Connect the ad data to the CRM sooner. Optimising for cost per lead is a good start, but the real measure is how many of those leads book a demo and become customers.
